For Wera Anne Darwin

The Schedule

First, who are you?

Your name, mobile and email — so we can send you your own list, and reach you on the day. Nothing can be put down, changed or added until your name is in.

How to put your name down

  1. Fill in your name, mobile and email at the very top of this page. Nothing can be saved until you do — and nothing can be changed or added either. Anybody can edit this page, but not without putting their name to it.
  2. Pick a day along the top, then press Put my name down on anything you can help with. Press it again to change your mind. You can pick as many as you like, across as many days as you like.
  3. Press the purple button that comes up at the bottom of the screen. It asks what time you will get there — roughly is fine — and then you press it once more to send. That second press is the bit people miss. Nothing is saved until you do it.

You will get an email straight back with your own list and your arrival times on it, and Aunty Miriam, Aunty Vicky, Uncle Jim, Michelle and Courtney are all told which day you are coming and what you have offered to do. Nobody has to ring around.

Short of hands on something? Press the little envelope in the corner of any job and it emails the whānau asking for help with that one thing. Anybody can do it — no password — it just has to have your name and a way of reaching you at the top of this page.

Changed your mind? Your own jobs show up with take my name off on them once you have put your email in. No need to ask anybody.

A day, all four days, the menus for the kitchen wall, the tasks with tick boxes, or the list of names and numbers.

Everything for Nan

Four pages, and that is all there is.
